• Strong backpack for trekking
• Water bottles are at least 1-2 liters
• Extra set of clothes (if necessary)
• A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore
• Sunscreen and sunglasses (optional)
• Cap/hat
• Toiletries: — comb, towel, soap, tissue paper, Toothbrush and other
essentials etc. (if necessary)
Raincoat or a poncho
• Personal medication if any
• A torch with new batteries (can be managed by mobile light)
• Please don't carry these this while trekking;l) Plastic Water Bottles
(refilling to non-plastic bottles is available)2) Plastic Lunch Box.
(Carry one empty non-plastic Tiffin/Lunch Box)3) Carrying Snacks is
allowed only without any plastic wrappers while trekking. ( Fill ur snacks
