Things to carry
The climate is extremely cold and dry; the following items are mandatory:
Extreme Cold Wear: Heavy jackets, thermals, woolen caps, gloves, mufflers, and socks.
Footwear: High-ankle or trekking shoes for rocky and snowy terrain.
Skin Protection: Sunglasses, high-SPF sunscreen, lip balm, and moisturizer to combat strong UV and dry air.
Health: Personal medications and altitude sickness (AMS) tablets.
