Things to carry
● Strong backpack for trekking
● Water bottles are at least 1-2 liters
● Extra set of clothes (if necessary)
● A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore
● Sunscreen and sunglasses (optional)
● Cap/hat
● Toiletries: – comb, towel, soap, tissue paper, Toothbrush and other essentials etc. (if necessary)
● Raincoat or a poncho
● Personal medication if any
● A torch with new batteries (can be managed by mobile light)
● Please don’t carry these this while trekking;
1) Plastic Water Bottles (refilling to non-plastic bottles is available)
2) Plastic Lunch Box. (Carry one empty non-plastic Tiffin/Lunch Box)
3) Carrying Snacks is allowed only without any plastic wrappers while trekking. (Fill ur snacks into the box without wrappers). All these instructions applies only on first day of trekking
